An electrical junction box provided with a circuit board, which has a mounting surface on which an electronic component is mounted, and a frame internally accommodating the circuit board. The frame is provided with a substrate cover part for covering part of the electronic component from the mounting surface side, and a holding part for holding the electronic component is provided to the substrate cover part. It is also possible to provide an outside case for covering the cover part so as to overlap from the surface on the opposite side of the surface on which the circuit board is disposed.
