Provided is a health management server which is capable of generating appropriate advice messages from the health state and meals of a health management subject, and which is capable of improving motivation for executing a health management curriculum. This health management server is connected, via a network, to a terminal belonging to a health management subject, and is provided with: a reception unit which receives, from the terminal, one piece of curriculum information selected by the health management subject; a storage unit for storing behaviour patterns of the health management subject; an analysis unit for analyzing continuation patterns when behaviour based on the curriculum information continues, and stagnation patterns when behaviour based on the curriculum information has become stagnant; an artificial intelligence unit which estimates the predicted future body information and appearance of the health management subject; a generation unit which generates the body information and the appearance; and a transmission unit which transmits the body information and the appearance to the terminal as example sentence information or image information. |
