Provided are an optical access device and an optical access system, which relate to the field of communications, and realize independent and standardized functions of the optical access system by implementing the standardization of an optical access device, so as to improve the usage flexibility of the optical access system. The system comprises a switching unit, and at least two optical access devices, a network centralized processor and a controller which are connected thereto. The optical access devices decapsulate an uplink data frame to obtain a payload, and encapsulate the payload as a first uplink Ethernet frame and then send same to the switching unit. The switching unit is used for: sending, if the first uplink Ethernet frame is user data, same to the network centralized processor, and sending, if the first uplink Ethernet frame is management data, same to the controller; and receiving and sending a second uplink Ethernet frame. The network centralized processor processes the first uplink Ethernet frame according to a received protocol parsing instruction so as to obtain the second uplink Ethernet frame and then send same to the switching unit. The controller determines, according to the first uplink Ethernet frame, the protocol parsing instruction and then sends same to the network centralized processor. |
