An electronic aircraft checklist system displays an active aircraft checklist item along with an activity associated with an active aircraft checklist item in a conspicuous manner. The activity includes a requirement of a user to examine or alter a physical attribute of the aircraft. The checklist item remains the active checklist item until the user provides input to the system indicating that the physical attribute of the aircraft has been examined or modified according to aircraft requirements. |
