An array substrate (12), and a liquid crystal display panel (10) and a liquid crystal display device (80) thereof having the array substrate (12). The array substrate (12) comprises a base substrate (121), and a first metal layer (M 1), an insulation layer (123) and a second metal layer (M 2) sequentially formed on the base substrate (121), the first metal layer (M 1) being a scanning line (G n) or charge sharing line (L n) of the array substrate (12), the second metal layer (M 2) being a source electrode or drain electrode of a charge sharing thin film transistor (T cs) of the array substrate (12), and first metal layer (M 1) and the second metal layer (M 2) being arranged overlapped with and insulated from each other via the insulation layer (123) clamped therebetween so as to form a charge sharing capacitor (C st3) of the array substrate (12). By means of the array substrate (12), the aperture ratio of a pixel can be increased. |
