The present invention relates to a recyclable cylindrical brush made of a plastic cylinder (1), on which holes (2) are opened, of a conical or cylindrical shape, and in which holes bundles (3) of fibers (4) are inserted. Each bundle (3) is heated at its one end and inserted in a cast to obtain a conical terminal (5), which is inserted in a hole (2) that has been respectively heated internally and peripherally on its outer surface. After insertion, the bundle (3) is compressed in the hole (2) and the position is cooled so that a strong assembly is formed. The base (1) may be manufactured from polypropylene, polyethylene or a mixture thereof, while the fibers (4) are made of polypropylene. |
