Location based provisioning and broadcasting of content utilizing a multimedia broadcast service is presented herein. A system can comprise a service component, a location component, and a content component. The service component can be configured to receive a request for a client service. The location component can be configured to determine, based on the request, a location corresponding to a mobile device. Based on the location, the content component can be configured to provision a broadcast service device to source content corresponding to the client service, and initiate a broadcast transmission of the content to the mobile device, e.g., using a broadcast enabled access point device that is configured to send broadcast data to multiple devices via a point-to-multipoint communication protocol. |

a processor; and a memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, facilitate performance of operations, comprising:
based on receiving a request for a client service, sending, via a control plane of a communication network, location requests to network devices of respective communication networks in a sequential manner to facilitate generation of information representing mobile device locations of respective mobile devices; andin response to the sending of the location requests in the sequential manner,
receiving a portion of the information representing a mobile device location of the mobile device locations corresponding to a mobile device of the respective mobile devices,provisioning a broadcast service device to source content corresponding to the client service based on the location, andinitiating a broadcast transmission of the content to the mobile device utilizing a broadcast enabled access point device that is configured to send broadcast data to multiple devices via a point-to-multipoint communication protocol. |
