Provided are reusable support members, forms for placing concrete, and a method for constructing a concrete structure, with which assembly and breakdown of the forms are simple. The present invention is provided with a plurality of horizontal rails 71 having a length corresponding to the horizontal width W of a concrete panel 12; a plurality of vertical rails 72 having a length corresponding to the height V of the concrete panel 12; and a bolt and nut configuration 60 that passes through the intersection points 73 at which the respectively parallel plurality of horizontal rails 71 and vertical rails 72 are combined in a lattice shape, the bolt and nut configuration 60 being engaged toward the interior of a cavity 20. The horizontal rail 71 and/or the vertical rail 72 at a given intersection point 73 is provided with an engageable recessed section R for receiving part or all of the thickness Q and the width P of the mutually facing counterpart rails; the horizontal rails 71 and vertical rails 72 are constituted of a grooved steel or a metal material having an equivalent shape; and the horizontal rails 71 and vertical rails 72 combined in the lattice shape each contact the outer-side surface 12a of the concrete panel 12 at equal intervals. |
