The hot components (compressor 6, condenser 7) of the blast chiller are positioned on the upper part of its rear wall (24) and in a seat (4) so as to facilitate their ventilation and in order to leave room for an inner space (33) for accomodating baking sheets, trays or grills of the same dimensions as those of traditional domestic built-in ovens. |
