摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that can perform calibration of a mobile terminal able to perform an adaptive array function without causing reduction in throughput in a cell of a base station.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system 100 according to the invention, a base station radio communication unit 144 of a base station 102 sends a mobile terminal 104 a desired radio wave and an interference radio wave by an unused vacant OFDM subcarrier defined for MIMO in response to a calibration request for a correction value stored in a correction table 110, a terminal radio communication unit 114 of the mobile terminal 104 sends the base station 102 the beam and null of an adaptive array function by the unused vacant OFDM subcarrier using as directivity control a transmission weight calculated based on a reception weight between antennas and a current correction value, and the base station radio communication unit 144 instructs the mobile terminal 104 to change the current correction value if a ratio between beam reception signal strength and null reception signal strength is less than a prescribed value.
