PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire power adjustment device of a gas burner capable of performing sufficient drawing-in of air due to an ejector effect by ensuring an opening area, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: Holding parts 23, 24 are extended from a nozzle part 2 toward a gas burner. A positioning cylindrical part 21 is held by the holding parts 23, 24 on the same axial line as a nozzle hole 22 and at a position on the gas burner side from the nozzle hole 22 by a predetermined distance.
