PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control device capable of sufficiently suppressing increase of HC and CO of unburned components even when a water temperature or an oil temperature of an engine is low.SOLUTION: A combustion control device 38 is loaded in a diesel engine in which a piston is cooled by an oil. The combustion control device 38 includes: an ECU 33; a water temperature sensor 36 for detecting an engine water temperature; and an oil temperature sensor 37 for detecting an engine oil temperature. The ECU 33 controls an injector 5 to execute pre-injection of fuel when the engine water temperature detected by the water temperature sensor 36 is lower than an upper reference temperature for water temperature, or the engine oil temperature detected by the oil temperature sensor 37 is lower than an upper reference temperature for oil temperature, and then controls the injector 5 to successively execute first and second main fuel injections. |
