The device (1) has a tool holder (5) and another tool holder for retaining an insertion tool (7) i.e. special direct system drill, and a striking element i.e. striking pin, for axially loading the insertion tool. A change chuck is detachably attachable to and lockable with the former holder in a torque-proof manner. The former holder is axially open on both sides in a base plug-in system, for retaining the striking element or a component working together with the striking element. The former holder exhibits a non-circular multi-edge outer contour for rotary joint with the change chuck. |
