PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging device and a heating element storing device using the same to enhance efficiency of heat exchange.SOLUTION: A heat exchanging device has a body case 6 in which a first air suction opening (outer air suction opening 7) for a first environment and a first air discharge opening (outer air discharge opening 8) are arranged in a front face, and a second air suction opening (inner air suction opening 9) for a second environment and a second discharge opening (inner air discharge opening 10) are arranged in a back face and a heat exchanger 14 constituted by overlapping a plurality of plate bodies while spacing by a predetermined distance, a blowing out guide 20 whose upper face is opened is arranged facing the outer air discharge opening 8. Thereby, the efficiency of heat exchange in the heat exchanger 14 is improved by uniformizing wind velocity passing through the heat exchanger 14. |
