PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce electric power consumption when starting.SOLUTION: A main shaft rotation arrival time/shaft movement completion time calculation part 102 calculates a main shaft rotation arrival time and a shaft movement completion time. A shaft speed control part 105 starts the drive of all feed motors 31 to 33 prior to the main shaft rotation start of a main shaft motor 30 and moves a main shaft and a work table in x-, y-, and z-directions prior to the main shaft rotation start, when the main shaft rotation arrival time is longer or when the main shaft rotation arrival time is the same. When the shaft movement completion time is longer and has difference, the shaft speed control part 105 starts the drive of a feed motor having the longest time and thereafter starts the drive of other feed motors to move the main shaft and the work table in the x-, y-, and z-directions. A main shaft rotation control part 106 starts the main shaft rotation of the main shaft motor 30 after the drive start of the feed motors 31 to 33. |
