A tag dispenser 1 comprises means for holding a web of a plurality of interconnected tags (fig 6), a housing defining a dispensing pathway 20 along which a leading tag of a web of a plurality of interconnected tags held by the holding means may be supplied to a dispenser opening to enable the leading tag to be gripped by a user, a projection 4 projecting into said dispensing pathway for locating and engaging an aperture (33, fig 6) of a leading tag to prevent it being pulled out of said dispenser opening and a tag release means 3 moveable so as to disengage a leading tag from said projection. |
