PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate a traffic exchange pattern between ISPs using a topology model between ASs, and estimates affect which is applied to profit of a network provider, such as change of transit cost between the ISPs.SOLUTION: The invention comprises: AS connection structure modeling means for modeling a connection structure between ASs using a hierarchical topology model between ASs; cost model creation means for modeling contents, calculating transit cost according a data transfer rate of data which is transmitted on a transit link, applying the transit cost to given distribution cost for determining network cost, and calculating cost of a cache memory according to a capacity; and ISP profit calculation means for calculating profit of each AS using various kinds of cost calculated by the cost model creation means based on the connection structure between ASs which is subjected to modeling by the AS connection structure modeling means, and determining profit of the ISP from profit of each AS. |
