PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing technology which can economically and efficiently reduce an elution amount of fluorine, boron, arsenic and selenium that are a harmful substance contained in waste, to environmental quality standards for soil or less under an acidic environment.SOLUTION: This agent for preventing elution of fluorine, boron, arsenic and selenium from waste under an acidic environment contains calcium aluminate, aluminum sulfate, lime and an alkali metal phosphate. A method for preventing the elution using the same is also disclosed. |
