PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which can be improved in vibration resistance in an in-surface direction, and a steam generator with the heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger includes: a heat exchanger body 21 which is constituted by stacking a plurality of heat transfer pipe groups 23 comprising a plurality of heat transfer pipes arranged side by side in the same plane, and exchanges heat with a fluid at a periphery of the heat transfer pipes 24; and a vibration stopping member 30 which is arranged between adjacent heat transfer pipe groups 23 to extend in a direction crossing an extension direction of the heat transfer pipes 24, and abuts on the respective heat transfer pipes 24 of the adjacent heat transfer pipe groups 23. The vibration stopping member 30 is formed of a thermal deformation material which deforms at a predetermined temperature or higher in an out-surface direction as the stacking direction of the heat transfer pipe groups 23. |
