PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION OF KNITTED ARTICLES

A process for production of knitted articles comprising a step of predisposing a linear knitting machine (1 ) for warp knitting, of a double-bed raschel type, comprising a first needle bed (F), a second needle bed (B), a first jacquard bar (1 F) with odd thread guides, a second jacquard bar (2F) with even thread guides, a third jacquard bar (3B) with odd thread guides, and a fourth jacquard bar (4B) with even thread guides. Each thread guide is of a jacquard type and is singly and selectively mobile between a base position and an activation position; the jacquard bars each carry out a respective shog movement and a respective swing movement. The process comprises a step of producing at least a portion of a knitted article by means of a base movement of the jacquard bars, in which: the first and the third jacquard bar are each moved with an identical shog movement and simultaneously on a same bed; the second and the fourth jacquard bar are moved with a respective shog movement identical to one another and simultaneously on a same bed; the second and the fourth jacquard bar are moved with a respective shog movement identical to one another and simultaneously on the same bed.
