The method of preparation of a non-clinker hydraulic by mixing fluidized ash from combustion of coal with ground limestone, which contains, besides the aluminosilicate compounds, also at least 2% of the weight of free CaO and at least 2% of the weight of CaSO4, or its mixtures with compounds selected from the group consisting of siliceous fly ash and Ca(OH)2, with the mixing water containing a plasticizer for improving the rheological properties at the concentration of 0.2 to 3% of the weight, related to the weight of the fluidized ash, according to the invention, it consists in the fact that the fluidized ash from combustion of coal with ground limestone is ground to the specific surface of 350-650 m2/kg. The mixing water is mixed with the ground fluidized ash or its mixture in the weight ratio of 0.2 to 0.65. The fluidized ash is ground before mixing with Ca(OH)2 and/or the siliceous fly ash, or is ground together with Ca(OH)2 and/or the siliceous fly ash. The mixing water contains the plasticizer selected from the group consisting of sulphonated melamine-formaldehyde polymers, polycarboxylether polymers or phosphonates polymers. |
