PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal fluid machine capable of removing a swirl component of a back flow generated in an impeller inlet, and capable of suppressing deterioration of suction performance to the impeller.SOLUTION: A centrifugal fluid machine includes a rotating shaft 4, an impeller 6 fixed on the rotating shaft 4 and making fluid F flowing in an axis O direction of the rotating shaft 4 flow out toward a radial outer side through a compression flow passage 23, an inner casing 3 covering the rotating shaft 4 and the impeller 6 and defining a suction flow passage 22 through which the fluid F flowing into the impeller 6 flows, and a drift plate 30 protruded from a surface side facing the radial inner side of the inner casing 3 to the radial inner side in the suction flow passage 22 and extended toward the compression flow passage 23. A protruding dimension from the surface side facing the radial inner side of the inner casing 3 of the drift plate 30 to the radial inner side is larger as going toward the upstream side of the suction flow passage 22. |
