An object of the present invention is to reduce heat transferred from a plate through a receiving jig to a rotating shaft in a spinning forming device. A spinning forming device (1A) includes: a receiving jig (3) supporting a central portion of a plate (9) to be formed; a rotating shaft (2) to which the receiving jig (3) is attached; a heater (6) configured to heat a transform target portion (91) of the plate (9) by induction heating; and a processing tool (7) configured to press the transform target portion (91) to transform the plate (9).
