The present disclosure relates to a silicon-based mascara brush and particularly, to a silicon-based mascara brush that is a brush capable of curling eyelashes by discharging mascara from a brush body, and is provided as a silicon-based brush such that safety against injury is promoted during eyelash makeup, mascara is uniformly applied to the eyelashes, and eyelashes are evenly curled upward, thereby making clean and beautiful eyelash makeup results possible. To realize these objectives, the present disclosure relates to a mascara formed of: a dial grip (12) coupled via a screw to the bottom of a mascara body (10) to rotate freely; a piston (13) raised by the dial grip (12); a mascara storing container (14) in which mascara liquid is raised by the piston and in which mascara liquid is stored; an opening/closing valve (15) coupled to an inlet of an opening of the mascara storing container (14); a shoulder member (16) formed to be detachable on the outer periphery of the opening; a silicon-based brush (17) detachable from the center of the shoulder member (16); a mascara central conduit (17a) in the center of the silicon-based brush (17) through which mascara liquid can flow; and a brush (17c) on the outer periphery of the mascara central conduit (17a) and having a plurality of discharge holes (17b) through which mascara liquid can be discharged in a plurality of directions.
