PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the rigidity of a door opening part while suppressing an increase of part items and weight to the minimum when joining a resin-made side outer panel to a frame of a vehicle body side part of an automobile.SOLUTION: A resin-made side outer panel 13 joined to a roof side rail 15 integrally comprises a panel main body part 13b, an extension part 13f protruding from an end part of the panel main body part 13b, and a vehicle body fastening part 13g arranged at a tip of the extension part 13f. Since the vehicle body fastening part 13g is fastened to the roof side rail 15 in a state in which the extension part 13f is folded and made to adhere W4, W5 to an internal face of the panel main body part 13b, the rigidity of an end part of the panel main body part 13b is enhanced by the extension part 13f and the vehicle body fastening part 13g, and not only the support rigidity of the side outer panel 13 with respect to the roof side rail 15 is improved, but also it becomes possible to eliminate a special bracket for joining the side outer panel 13 to the roof side rail 15, and to reduce its size since the extension part 13f and the vehicle body fastening part 13g function as brackets. |
