PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC data preparation device that can appropriately identify a current tip shape of a grind stone, and can prepare NC data corresponding to the identified tip shape of the grind stone.SOLUTION: An NC data preparation device 152 includes: a grind stone shape identification part 310 that prepares grind stone shape data for identifying the tip shape of the grind stone according to an instruction of a user, and stores the grind stone shape data into a grind stone shape element management table 350; an NC data preparation part 320 that prepares NC data on the basis of workpiece shape data stored in a workpiece shape element management table 360 and the grind stone shape data; and a display processing part 330 that causes a display device to display an image indicative of the current tip shape of the grind stone captured by an imaging part 140, and causes the display to display a grind stone shape graphic indicative of the tip shape of the grind stone on the basis of the grind stone shape data. |
