PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral fat mass reducing agent, an oral adiponectin production promoter, and a lipid droplet accumulation inhibitor having an excellent fat mass reducing action, an adiponectin production promoting action, and a lipid droplet accumulation inhibiting action.SOLUTION: A fat mass reducing agent, an adiponectin production promoter, and a lipid droplet accumulation inhibitor include an extract of one or more plants selected from plants belonging to (a) genus Psophocarpus. A combination of the ingredient (a) and (b) an extract of Citrus junos seeds, is used for the fat mass reducing agent. A combination of the ingredient (a) and a plant made of one or more selected from (c) an extract of Citrus junos seeds, a Peucedanum japonicum Thunb plant body and an extract thereof, and an extract thereof, is used for the lipid droplet accumulation inhibitor. |
