PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can detect a moving object form an image with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A moving object detection device 1 comprises: a background model storage part 14 that stores a plurality of pieces of background information obtained from a plurality of background images as a background model for each block obtained by dividing the background image; and a moving object detection part 122 that respectively treats image information in a certain block of an input image and each background information on a block corresponding to a certain block in the background model as a vector and detects a moving object from a certain block on the basis of whether or not a vector facing the same direction as a vector of the image information exists in respective vectors of each background information. |
