A hydraulic pump 10 comprises a pump shaft adapter 24 to drive the pump 18, and a magneto (generator) 14 connected to the pump shaft adapter 24 so that the system can simultaneously provide pumping and electrical power. The pump 18 and generator 14 may be covered by a single housing, and a power outlet for the magneto may be provided on the housing. The system is driven by a prime mover (engine) 12. The magneto rotor 21 may be mounted on a flange on the pump shaft adaptor 24, and the stator 26 may be mounted within the rotor. |
