PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick freezing device capable of quickly freezing even a soft object of unstable shape while the freezing efficiency and yield are improved and the cost is reduced.SOLUTION: The quick freezing device 11 includes a tray 13 having recesses 13b for storing the objects 17 to be frozen; a transfer conveyor 12 supporting the tray 13 and conveying it horizontally; a nozzle 15 supplying low temperature liquefied gas into the recesses in a state of supporting the tray 13 storing the objects 17 to be frozen in the recesses, by the transfer conveyor 12 upstream in the conveying direction of the transfer conveyor 12; and a frozen object recovery part 16 for recovering the frozen objects 17 quickly frozen by the low temperature liquefied gas, from the recesses downstream of the transfer conveyor 12. |
