PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of continuously and efficiently manufacturing a cloth decoration having a complicated plane configuration such as a cloth sticker, an emblem, a chest emblem and athletes number.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of cloth decoration using a strip of cloth of plain or predetermined continuous woven pattern includes the steps of: sticking a base sheet having a hot-melt adhesive layer formed thereon; forming a continuous half-cut according to the pattern by passing the cloth decoration material including a strip cloth and base sheet through a laser beam machine; sticking carrier film on the surface of the cloth decoration material; and peeling off the base sheet from the strip cloth. |
