PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue regeneration material capable of shortening a time to be required for a wound closure.SOLUTION: A tissue regeneration material containing proteins (Z) and (A) is the tissue regeneration material where (Z) is the protein including the following polypeptide chain (Y) and/or the following polypeptide chain (Y') in which the total number of (Y) and (Y') in (Z) is 1-100, and having hydrophobicity of 0.2-1.2, (A) is the protein having at least one following minimal amino acid sequence (B) in one molecule, and the weight ratio of (Z) to (A) is 400/1-10/1. The polypeptide chain (Y) is a polypeptide chain where 2-200 amino acid sequences (X) are consecutive. The polypeptide chain (Y') is a polypeptide chain where 1-100 amino acid in (Y) are respectively displaced by lysine and arginine. The minimal amino acid sequence (B) is at least one kind of amino acid sequence to be selected from the group consisting of RGD sequences etc. |
