The invention provides a passenger transport device which can start setting construction including manufacturing of an intermediate floor assembly body as soon as possible even design shapes or positions of guide fences are determined yet. Intermediate floor members with openings of prescribed lengths are arranged among inlet and outlet floors for installation, and by means of the openings of the intermediate floor members, feet on one side of the guide fences can be fixed to a main body framework of the passenger transport device at any position; when the feet of guide fences are fixed to the main body framework, floor-shaped intermediate plates used for enclosing the openings of the intermediate floor members are installed in the intermediate floor members. Even installation positions of the guide fences are not fixed, installation can be performed including the inlet and outlet floors and the intermediate floor members. In addition, the intermediate floors are floor-shaped, and accordingly can be conveniently manufactured according to positions and shapes of feet of the guide fences, and shorten periods of setting construction. |
