PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition for a steam convection, having enough detergency while suppressing degradation of drain pipes.SOLUTION: A detergent composition for steam convection for cleaning a steam convection oven contains an alkali agent of 0.1 to 10 wt.%, a glycol ether-based solvent of 0.1 to 4 wt.%, a surfactant of 0.5 to 20 wt.% and water as essential components, and 0.1 to 40 wt.% of the surfactant is fatty acid having a number of carbon atoms of 8 to 18 or a salt thereof. |
