PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method capable of easily and simultaneously measuring autoantibodies to plural kinds of disease-related proteins in a biological sample.SOLUTION: The detection method detects autoantibodies to the individual plural kinds and/or mixed plural kinds of disease-related proteins in a biological sample, in a same reaction phase and simultaneously, and uses an evanescent wave excitation fluorescence method.
