PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device capable of reliably feeding power even when a power feeding region is narrow.SOLUTION: An organic EL device includes a cross sectional structure having an organic EL element 10 including a first electrode layer 3, a functional layer 5 and a second electrode layer 6 on a substrate 2, and there are present a light emitting region 30 actually emitting light and power feeding regions 31, 32, as the substrate 2 is viewed in plan. The power feeding regions 31, 32 are formed in the circumference of the light emitting region 30 and in the range of 1/10 or less of the short side of the substrate 2 from one side. A sealing layer 7 is stacked on the second electrode layer 6, and a power feeding member 8 that can be electrically connected to an outside power source is further mounted on the sealing layer 7. The power feeding member 8 and the power feeding regions 31, 32 are connected by at least three or more wires 50, 51. |
