PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing method which improves accuracy of a panoramic image.SOLUTION: A hole H of a master workpiece 50 has the same shape of an object to be inspected, and includes lines 51, 52 formed in upper and lower parts of a side wall surface of the hole. An annular image, which is formed by imaging the hole H in a position where the object is arranged, by an omnidirectional imaging device, is used, to determine an inner circle Cand an outer circle Cas a reference of polar conversion. Polar conversion is performed while sequentially moving a processing center of the polar conversion between a center Oof the inner circle Cand a center Oof the outer circle C, to convert the annular image to a panoramic image. |
