PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program and an information processing system which allow distribution of form data within software and reduce the burden of a person in charge of distribution and a browser.SOLUTION: The program causes a computer to function as: a first display control unit 111 which performs control to display a form menu screen and a condition input screen in a first display unit (display unit 130) of a first terminal device 100 of a person in charge of distribution; a first input acceptance unit 113 which accepts information inputted by the person in charge of distribution; a generation unit 115 which generates distribution information on the basis of the information accepted by the first input acceptance unit 113; a notification unit 217 which notifies that the distribution information has been distributed to a browser; a second input acceptance unit 213 which accepts input from the browser; and a second display control unit 211 which performs control to display form actual data in a second display unit (display unit 230) of a second terminal device 200 of the browser on the basis of the distribution information. |
