PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation device having a circulation flow path capable of keeping mass of liquid held in space substantially constant while circulating the liquid in the circulation flow path.SOLUTION: A circulation device 1 includes: a container 8 forming space for holding liquid; a circulation flow path 2 for leading out the liquid from the container 8 and returning the liquid to the container 8 again; and capacity change means 5 for changing capacity of the circulation flow path 2 depending on temperature of the liquid existing in the circulation flow path 2. The circulation flow path 2 in which a part of a flow path wall is a piston 5b being a movable wall movable with respect to the other parts includes: temperature detection means 4 for detecting temperature of the liquid in the circulation flow path 2; and control means 6 for controlling the capacity change means 5 according to the temperature detected by the temperature detection means 4. Thus, regardless of the temperature change of the liquid, the capacity of the circulation flow path 2 is changed depending on the temperature of the liquid, and mass of the liquid in the circulation flow path 2 is kept substantially constant, so that mass of the liquid in the container 8 can be kept substantially constant. |
