PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste improver and a taste improving method for high intensity sweetener, capable of improving the aftertaste of sweetness of the high intensity sweetener such as sucralose, and imparting good body taste thereto.SOLUTION: Ammonium glutamate, magnesium glutamate or potassium glutamate is added to the high intensity sweetener such as sucralose, whereby the quality of taste, particularly, aftertaste of sweetness of the high intensity sweetener is improved, and good body taste is imparted thereto. |
