PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elbow guard capable of adjusting the direction and the linear dimension of a lower half part in accordance with the body type and taste of a user.SOLUTION: An elbow guard comprises: an elbow guard body 1 to be fitted on an elbow part E; and an elongating protective part 2 depending from the lower end edge 10 of the elbow guard body 1.
