PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform data management on accumulated jobs, without impairing convenience of a user.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus connected, via a predetermined data transmission path, to a plurality of servers managing accumulated data within a predetermined memory area capacity and a plurality of electronic devices executing the accumulated data, controls communication processing of the data to be performed between the electronic device and the server, on the basis of a deletion control value included in management information for accumulating and managing the data in the predetermined memory area. On receipt of a notification for executing the accumulated data from the electronic device, it is determined whether the electronic device where the accumulated data has been executed and the server managing the executed accumulated data are located in the same installation area or not. An execution result, which varies depending on a determination result and includes a control value for extending an accumulation period of the executed accumulation data, is transmitted to the server managing the executed accumulated data, to update the deletion control value corresponding to the executed accumulated data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
