An information sharing system includes a group management server and at least one terminal. The group management server includes a mark generating circuit that generates a group ID for uniquely identifying a group. The terminal includes a mark analysis circuit that analyzes the imaged mark; and a second communication control circuit that controls the second communication circuit to communicate with the group management server and the file server, and sends a request for the user ID stored in the second storage circuit based on the analysis results to join the group indicated by the group ID. The shared folder management circuit of the group management server set an access right for the received user ID on the shared folder when receiving the request from the terminal. |
