PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report system and a communication device that can perform a proper report when an emergency occurs.SOLUTION: In a group communication system, a portable terminal device for transmitting/receiving a message between users belonging to a group via a server includes an emergency state detection section and a transmission processing section. The emergency state detection section detects an emergency state. When the emergency state is detected by the emergency state detection section, the transmission processing section transmits emergency information on the emergency state to the server. The server includes a rescue request section. When the rescue request section receives the emergency information from the portable terminal device, the rescue request section transmits rescue request information on the basis of the emergency information to the portable terminal devices of other users belonging to the group. |
