PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ITO nanoparticle having a macrocyclic &pgr;-conjugated compound as a ligand, and a production method of the same.SOLUTION: In a macrocyclic &pgr;-conjugated compound-coordination ITO nanoparticle, a macrocyclic &pgr;-conjugated compound coordinates to a surface of an ITO nanoparticle as a ligand, and the macrocyclic &pgr;-conjugated compound coordinates to the ITO nanoparticle in a planar direction. Also in a production method of the ITO nanoparticle, an ITO nanoparticle having a carboxylic acid compound as a ligand, which is an intermediate, is produced by using an ITO nanoparticle precursor having a 6-24C straight or branched chain alcohol or amine as a ligand as a starting material and by ligand exchange, and subsequently to coordinate the macrocyclic &pgr;-conjugated compound by ligand exchange. |
