PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition gas barrier film with excellent durability, free from delamination even after a light irradiation test.SOLUTION: A gas barrier laminate film 10 includes a resin substrate 11; a primer layer 12 and a vapor deposition film layer 13. The primer layer 12 and the vapor deposition film layer 13 are laminated in this order on one side of the resin substrate 11. The primer layer 12 is made of a composite of a polyol having an acidic group with an acid value of 1 mgKOH/g or more and 100 mgKOH/g or less, a silane coupling agent including an organic functional group or a hydrolysate of the silane coupling agent, and an isocyanate compound. The vapor deposition film layer 13 at least includes a silicon oxide. |
