This disclosure provides a turret tool post that can turn a tool supported by a tool attachment part relative to a turret with a simple structure. A turret tool post (10) includes a turret (12) turnably supported by a post body (11), turret turning means having a turret turning shaft (23) and the like to turn the turret (12), a tool attachment part (15) turnably holding a rotatable tool (14a) and attached to the turret (12), and tool-attachment-part turning means turning the tool attachment part (15) to turn the rotatable tool (14a). The tool-attachment-part turning means and the turret turning means are provided independently and arranged to face each other. The tool-attachment-part turning means includes a tool turning motor (41) installed inside the turret (12) and an attachment-part transmission shaft (90) connected to the tool turning motor (41).
