Dressing apparatus for processing two wires simultaneously travelling in parallel and close to one another or one travelling wire, said apparatus having at least two driveable rollers (2, 3), which coaxially adjoin one another laterally and which form a first roller pair, which is driveable by a shaft (4) and opposite which there is arranged a second pair of such rollers (2', 3'), with the formation of two processing gaps for a respective wire (1, 1') passing through, wherein the rollers of the second roller pair are driveable in opposition by means of second shaft (4') on an axis parallel to the axis of the first pair, wherein one (2, 2') of the rollers (2, 3; 2', 3') of the at least two roller pairs is mounted fixedly with the drive shaft (4; 4') thereof and the other roller (3; 3') of the two roller pairs is mounted rotatably on the roller (2; 2') fixed with the drive shaft (4; 4'), and wherein each of the rollers (3; 3') which is mounted on a roller (2; 2') fixed with the shaft (4; 4') can be coupled to the latter (2; 2'). |
