摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which is superior in output property, and which is arranged to be able to prevent the cycle characteristic from worsening and to keep the preventing effect over a long period of time even in the case of using, as a constituent of an electrode active material, a material whose volume is expanded when an alkali metal ion enters thereinside; a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery and a battery pack, both arranged by use of an electrode plate; and a method for manufacturing such an electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery which brings about the effect as described above.SOLUTION: The electrode plate for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery comprises: a current collector; and an electrode active material layer formed on at least part of the surface of the current collector. The electrode active material layer includes electrode active material particles, and a binding material. The binding material binds between the electrode active material particles and the current collector, and between the electrode active material particles. The binding material contains polymer. In measurement of infrared absorption spectra of the electrode active material layer, the half value width of a Si-O bond peak arising in a range of 980-1100 cmis 30-230 cm.
