PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reality of a three-dimensional map showing a night scene.SOLUTION: A color image is generated by arranging and projecting a three-dimensional model of a feature in a virtual three-dimensional space. In addition, a lightness image is generated by causing and projecting a road surface to be prominent as a light source. Then, an adjustment color image is generated by superimposing the lightness image on the color image. In addition, for the lightness image, an adjustment lightness image is generated in which brightness is adjusted for each feature and reality in a state where each feature is illuminated with light is improved. Finally, a night scene image is generated by superimposing the adjustment color image and the adjustment lightness image. Thus, by superimposing a plurality of projection images generated individually, reality of a night scene image can be improved. |
